（1）吸附階段：有機廢氣經過沸石轉輪吸附后直接達標排放，沸石分子篩由于孔徑的大小能根據廢氣分子的大小和極性的不同進行選擇性的吸附。即使廢氣成分的濃度很低仍具有較高的吸附能力，且在高溫下扔具有很強的吸附能力，這是其他吸附劑不具備的。

(1) Adsorption stage: Organic waste gas is directly discharged after being adsorbed by zeolite wheels, and zeolite molecular sieves can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of waste gas molecules due to their pore size. （3）RTO燃燒階段：沸石轉輪實際上是個濃縮裝置，把低濃度大風量廢氣里的廢氣分子捕捉、富集到沸石上面。當脫附時就能用很小的熱風從沸石中把廢氣分子吹掃出來。這時脫附出來的高濃度小風量的廢氣就可直接進入RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐進行高溫焚燒。由于出來的廢氣濃度較高風量較小，因此使用很小風量的RTO設備，使用很低的輔助燃料就可以讓廢氣得到較好的凈化效果。
