三室RTO焚燒爐是目前主流的應用裝置,其工作原理為:將有機廢氣加熱至760度以上,使廢氣中的有機物氧化分解成二氧化碳和水;氧化反應產生的高溫氣體流經蓄熱體,使蓄熱體升溫而“蓄熱治,并用于預熱后續進入的有機廢氣,從而節省廢氣升溫所消耗的燃料量;蓄熱體分為三個室,每個室依次經歷“蓄熱一放熱一清掃冶等程序,周而復始,連續工作;蓄熱室“放熱治后立即引入適量潔凈空氣對該室進行清掃,待清掃完成后才能進入“蓄熱冶程序;處理后的尾氣由風機引至排氣筒排放。

After the heat release treatment of the heat storage chamber, an appropriate amount of clean air is immediately introduced to clean the chamber, and only after the cleaning is completed can it enter the "heat storage smelting program". The treated exhaust gas is led to the exhaust pipe by a fan for discharge.

(1)廢氣入RTO爐前根據其成分、熱值等參數進行搭配,生產過程及設備檢修吹掃過程中均必須保證焚燒爐始終處于穩定運行狀態;(2)進料口須保持氣密性,進料系統應處于微負壓狀態,防止氣體逸出;

(3)爐膛實際運行溫度必須高于760度,才可能達到99%以上破壞去除率;

(4)燃燒室耐火材料的質量須達到相應的技術標準,技術性能應滿足燃燒氣氛的要求,并能夠承受爐膛工作狀態的交變熱應力;(5)配備自動監控及反饋系統,對主要工藝參數進行自動調節,并在線顯示運行工況和尾氣排放參數;6)安裝防爆門或其他防爆設施,燃燒室后設置緊急排放煙圖,并設置聯動裝置使其只能在事故或緊急狀態時才可啟動。
