      1.吸附階段:有機廢氣經過沸石轉輪吸附后直接達標排放,沸石分子篩由于孔徑的大小能根據廢氣分子的大小和極性的不同進行選擇性的吸附。即使廢氣成分的濃度很低仍具有較高的吸附能力,且在高溫下扔具有很強的吸附能力,這是其他吸附劑不具備的。

      1. Adsorption stage: Organic waste gas is directly discharged after being adsorbed by zeolite wheels, and zeolite molecular sieves can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of waste gas molecules due to their pore size. Even if the concentration of exhaust gas components is very low, it still has high adsorption capacity, and it has strong adsorption capacity at high temperatures, which other adsorbents do not have.

      2.脫附階段:沸石轉輪始終保持非常緩慢的旋轉,在廢氣處理區吸附飽和,在再生區把吸附在沸石里的有機廢氣通過熱空氣吹掃下脫附出來。熱空氣的溫度根據廢氣的成分而設定,沸石吸附大的特點就是沸石不可燃,脫附時可保持較高的脫附溫度因而可適用于很多沸點較高的廢氣成分,這一點是活性炭吸附+催化燃燒所達不到的。

      2. The characteristic of zeolite adsorption is that it is not flammable and can maintain a high desorption temperature during desorption, making it suitable for many components of exhaust gas with high boiling points. This is something that activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion cannot achieve.

      3.RTO燃燒階段:沸石轉輪實際上是個濃縮裝置,把低濃度大風量廢氣里的廢氣分子捕捉、富集到沸石上面。當脫附時就能用很小的熱風從沸石中把廢氣分子吹掃出來。這時脫附出來的高濃度小風量的廢氣就可直接進入RTO蓄熱式焚燒爐進行高溫焚燒。由于出來的廢氣濃度較高風量較小,因此使用很小風量的RTO設備,使用很低的輔助燃料就可以讓廢氣得到較好的凈化效果。

      3. When desorbed, a small amount of hot air can be used to blow out the exhaust gas molecules from the zeolite. Due to the high concentration of exhaust gas and low air volume, using RTO equipment with very low air volume and using very low auxiliary fuel can achieve good purification effects on the exhaust gas.

      4.沸石轉輪恢復階段:沸石轉輪脫附區經高溫再生后會使得沸石溫度很高,使吸附效果變差。因而要對經過高溫吹掃過的沸石區域用補冷風機進行降溫,降溫后的沸石又具有吸附廢氣的能力,周而復始循環往復吸附廢氣。

      4.
