　　02總體建設要求（7大要點）1 污染防治措施必須到位貯存設施應根據(jù)危險廢物的形態(tài)、物理化學性質(zhì)、包裝形式和污染物遷移途徑，采取必要的： 防風、防曬、防雨 防漏、防滲、防腐 其他環(huán)境污染防治措施 重要提醒：嚴禁露天堆放危險廢物！

　　4. Classification of anti-seepage requirements: Surface anti-seepage measures should be taken for the ground and skirt feet.
