1、廢氣管道上在線廢氣濃度檢測(cè)儀與廢氣切斷閥的距離

目前，RTO裝置在線度氣濃度檢測(cè)儀一般都設(shè)置2個(gè)，如并且在在線廢氣濃度檢測(cè)儀后一定距離處設(shè)置度氣切斷閥。當(dāng)高濃度氣體經(jīng)過在線廢氣濃度檢測(cè)儀后，廢氣切斷閥應(yīng)在高濃度氣體到達(dá)前完全關(guān)閉。即在線廢氣濃度檢測(cè)儀到切斷閥的距離應(yīng)大于在線度氣濃度檢測(cè)響應(yīng)時(shí)間和廢氣切斷閥關(guān)閉時(shí)間總和內(nèi)氣體流經(jīng)的管道長(zhǎng)度。

At present, RTO devices are generally equipped with two online gas concentration detectors, and a gas cut-off valve is installed at a certain distance behind the online exhaust gas concentration detector. After the high concentration gas passes through the online exhaust gas concentration detector, the exhaust gas cut-off valve should be completely closed before the high concentration gas arrives. The distance from the online exhaust gas concentration detector to the cut-off valve should be greater than the length of the pipeline through which the gas flows within the sum of the online gas concentration detection response time and the exhaust gas cut-off valve closing time.

2、新風(fēng)稀釋及風(fēng)機(jī)控制

為降低爆炸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，RTO裝置應(yīng)增加相應(yīng)的邏輯控制，即當(dāng)檢測(cè)到高濃度氣體時(shí)，RTO裝置觸發(fā)聯(lián)鎖停車，即廢氣緊急排放閥打開，廢氣切斷閥關(guān)閉，新鮮空氣閥門打開，主風(fēng)機(jī)降低風(fēng)量運(yùn)行，確保爐內(nèi)一直進(jìn)入較低濃度的氣體。

To reduce the risk of explosion, the RTO device should be equipped with corresponding logic control, that is, when high concentration gas is detected, the RTO device triggers interlocking shutdown, that is, the emergency exhaust gas discharge valve opens, the exhaust gas cut-off valve closes, the fresh air valve opens, and the main fan reduces the air volume to ensure that lower concentration gas always enters the furnace.

3、阻火器與爆破片問題

阻火器是非常重要的安全附件，阻火器必須經(jīng)過安全鑒定，確定其是否符合要求，不合格的阻火器將不能有效隔離能量的傳播，而導(dǎo)致閃爆事件。若爆破片爆破壓力和爆破面積不當(dāng)，不能有效釋放能量，從而造成設(shè)備爆炸損壞等事故后果。較低的爆破壓力以及廢氣管道上多個(gè)爆破片的泄能部位，能有效防止設(shè)備和管道損壞，減少事故的發(fā)生。

Flame arresters are very important safety accessories, and they must undergo safety appraisal to determine whether they meet the requirements. Unqualified flame arresters will not be able to effectively isolate the spread of energy, leading to flash explosions. If the blasting pressure and blasting area of the explosive disc are not appropriate, it cannot effectively release energy, resulting in accident consequences such as equipment explosion and damage. The lower blasting pressure and multiple explosive discs on the exhaust gas pipeline can effectively prevent equipment and pipeline damage and reduce the occurrence of accidents.

4、風(fēng)機(jī)材質(zhì)選擇

由于防腐蝕需要，有的風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪材質(zhì)選為非金屬，容易產(chǎn)生靜電，導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生，建議選為金屬材質(zhì)，但考慮防腐措施。

Due to the need for anti-corrosion, some fan impellers are made of non-metallic materials, which can easily generate static electricity and cause accidents. It is recommended to choose metallic materials, but anti-corrosion measures should be considered.

5、操作壓力選擇

考慮到某些廢氣為有毒氣體，為防止正壓狀態(tài)下氣體泄漏對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員的人身傷害，RTO的操作壓力建議采用微負(fù)壓操作。同時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)泄漏露點(diǎn)的位置設(shè)置相應(yīng)的有毒氣體檢測(cè)儀，泄漏點(diǎn)也應(yīng)安裝爆破片。

Considering that some exhaust gases are toxic, in order to prevent gas leakage under positive pressure from causing personal injury to on-site personnel, it is recommended to use micro negative pressure operation for the operating pressure of RTO. At the same time, corresponding toxic gas detectors should be installed according to the location of the leakage dew point, and explosive discs should also be installed at the leakage point.
