      分子篩吸附濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪+RTO/CO是將大風量、濃度低的有機氣體先通過分子篩吸附濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪將有機廢氣濃縮,后再將濃縮后的高小風量、高濃度有機廢氣進入到RTO/CO設備集中處理的工藝。

      沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪利用沸石分子篩為吸附材料,分子篩可吸附過濾比空氣分子大的有機物,而空氣直接通過。隨著吸附轉(zhuǎn)輪的回轉(zhuǎn),接近吸附飽和狀態(tài)的吸附轉(zhuǎn)輪進入到再生區(qū),在與180℃-220℃之間的高溫脫附再生空氣接觸的過程中,VOCs被脫附下來進入到再生空氣中,沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪得到再生。再生后的沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪經(jīng)過冷卻區(qū)冷卻降溫后,返回到吸附區(qū),完成吸附/脫附/冷卻的循環(huán)過程。
